Brian loves entrepreneurship! Since founding Let’s Make Great! in 2013, he has worked with hundreds of early-stage teams to systematically develop new products, services and brands.
Typical clients are established entrepreneurs, independent solopreneurs, or mid-career freelancers... those facing the unique challenges of creative ambition: complexity, uncertainty, and the pressure of doing all this on their own.
Using a combination of empathetic coaching and business consulting, Brian guides his clients to both further examine blind-spots and attack opportunities, leading to meaningful growth. From discovery to diagnosis, and experimentation to execution, he empowers individual clients in a step-by-step process, to methodically achieve new results together.
In addition to keynote speeches at conferences like TEDx and PechaKucha, Brian has written over 500 articles on creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship, completing his first book "Awrignawl Creativity" in 2019. In 2017 he led the creation of PROTO, a successfully crowdfunded storytelling game to inspire innovators.
Born in New York and proudly raised in New Jersey, Brian went to Shanghai in 2007 to drive the dynamic changes that were starting to take hold in China. An avid cyclist, he's cycled around Hainan Island and Taiwan and is currently preparing for the next big adventure in Europe.
