Happiness is here.

It's fragile... fickle. Think about it too much and it dissipates. Neglect it and it atrophies under the seemingly constant force of entropy and stress.

So what is required is periodic care... to plant the seeds of joy (which differ from person to person)... to check in from time to time (adjusting in accordance to the environmental fluctuations).

What I'm trying to say is that happiness is a very organic process. Any artificial additives tend to do more harm than good in the long term.

So all we can do is simply to DO more of what makes us happy. And as it grows, emanating outwards from that initial seed of hope, we too grow along with it. Not too much, not too little. Happiness is here.
